Photoluminescent is a low lighting guidance system at floor level to provide a means of clearly identifying exits and how to get to them. Photoluminescent markings can be placed on or near the floor and require no electricity, rather they charge from ambient light and provide glowing Guidance when light is no longer available.
Fire fighters throughout Europe report that LLL markings have helped them get in and out of burning buildings. They follow the Photoluminescent markings in reverse to get in and have a clearly marked path out.

This material is not meant to be used for novelty glow in the dark stickers. It is a heavy duty material with a strong adhesive and is best suited for when the lights go out and you need whatever light you can to evacuate a building, find a fuse box, hallway, doors, etc.
